The BC Mongolian Community Society (BCMC) welcomes passionate community members to join our committees and contribute to programs that celebrate Mongolian heritage, support community connections, and create meaningful experiences across British Columbia.
 

As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to share your skills, bring new ideas to life, develop new experiences, and connect with others who are committed to building an active, inclusive, and united Mongolian community in Canada.

Our Committees

Arts & Culture Committee

Support cultural events, performances, festivals, and community activities that celebrate and promote Mongolian arts, traditions, and heritage.

Education Committee

Support programs that promote Mongolian language, culture, and learning opportunities for children, youth, and families.

Sports Committee

Help organize sports activities, tournaments, and community events that encourage connection, teamwork, and an active lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in committee meetings and planning.

• Support community events, programs, and activities.

• Share ideas and contribute your skills.

• Assist with event coordination, promotion, and volunteer support.

• Work collaboratively with other volunteers and committee members.

Time Commitment

Approximately 2–4 hours per month, with most tasks completed online. Additional time may be needed during major events.
