By registering for or participating in BCMC events, you acknowledge that participation in games and related activities involves a risk of injury. You agree to take part at your own risk and release BCMC, its organizers, volunteers, and partners from any responsibility for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation.
Photo & Video Consent
By attending BCMC events, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken. You agree that BCMC may use this content for promotional and communication purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, newsletters, and reports.
If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform an event organizer upon arrival.

BCMC respects your privacy. Any personal information collected through registration will only be used for event administration, safety purposes, and communication related to BCMC activities. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties. All personal information will be kept secure and only accessible to authorized BCMC organizers and volunteers.
